Amazon Tentatively Freezes The Sales Nintendo 3DS

In a major happening on Monday, 28th of August, 2011, Amazon temporarily suspended the sales of 3D handheld video gaming console, Nintendo 3DS, on their prominent marketplace website. In a note placed on the page on Monday, the company said for at least one variant of the device that the item is under review and at present will not be available at Amazon. Though, the good news here is that the console can still be obtained from the third-party sellers using their site. Nokia N9 MeeGo Phone Not Coming to US

The Nokia N9 MeeGo smartphone was first displayed in an event in June, and while the handset overall is rather impressive, we aren’t all that assured about the success of the handset. The simple reason behind the uncertainty of success of the N9 is the new platform strategy of Nokia, which revolves around the Windows Phone 7 and brings the question regarding the degree up to which the first MeeGo handset will be supported. RIM Could Release First QNX-Based BlackBerry in Early 2012

According to the latest reports coming in from the tech world, RIM might be launching their first BlackBerry, the Colt, based on QNX, in the first quarter. The reports quoting an anonymous source said that the first QNX handsets could enter the market in first Quarter and is only waiting for the internal testing approval. As per the reports the BlackBerry, Colt will only be having a single-core processor and there are chances that initially it won’t be compatible with the current BlackBerry Enterprise Services. This contradicts with the previous statements made by the company saying that it will be utilizing dual-processors in their future phones. RIM Releases New BlackBerry Torch Models

Mobile manufacturing major RIM (Research In Motion) in what the analysts are calling “offensive unveiling” launch released two brand new and influential variants of their touchscreen BlackBerry Torch. The two newly launched models include an all-touch version of the BlackBerry Torch. Sony’s PlayStation Vita Will Not Be Entering US Markets Until 2012

Following the constantly increasing critics, RIM (Research in Motion) is planning to renovate their BlackBerry lineup with 5 all new handsets in the next few years.
