Our Verdict: If you are buying for the first time, you might be cautious to the price issue, the TomTom One 125 could be the easier one to access as even if there is no functionality of the text-to-speech, an effective GPS could make more importance for you. So, it is worth for the first time buyers.
Introduction
The TomTom One 125 is the device which is very common in the market; there are numerous portable navigation devices available in the market. But, it is not necessary that everyone should have the best quality only. The device TomTom One 125 is one of those devices but still each and every product has its own specialty.
The name of TomTom is a brand seal of the quality. Nothing remains to think over the quality of the product. TomTom is operating and making the products of the similar products for last many years. Touchy touch screen

The onscreen keyboard is slightly shorter because of smaller screen which may make entering text somewhat difficult. The One 125 offers predictive text, so it will start to surface possible results as soon as you start entering letters. There are two options to choose between QWERTY and ABC format.
There is not much of verity in the front screen structure to the older devices as on the top there is a power button. As in all the other devices of TomTom there is a mini-USB port/power connector is on the bottom of the device. The speaker is placed on the back with the brackets for attaching the car mount.
Accompanied accessories
The TomTom One 125 offers the package of buying the device with an Easy Port vehicle mount, a USB cord, a car charger, and inquired informative material. The Easy Port car mount is the same as the one accompanied with the TomTom One 130 S. The materials content a large circular ring that attaches the backside of the GPS and an adjustable arm for securing to the windshield or dashboard disc. Security part is also considered by placing a knob to lock the accessory in place.
GPS View
The Maps of the streets and destinations are available in the in 2D or 3D mode. With all such visual parts and facilities, the TomTom One 125 also contains voice-guided turn-by-turn directions, but depressingly there is no text-to-speech functionality. So, in the car you will hear some sounds like “Turn left in 100 feet” instead of particular street names.
Smaller Goodies
The “Help Me!” safety feature is the one goody available in TomTom 125 S. This feature can make you beneficial of giving you access to a number of tools and information in case of an emergency. For example, if you ask “Where am I?”, the safety function will provide you your current location, longitude and latitude, and nearest intersections. Additionally, there are services of searching the nearest police station, hospital, car repair shop, and other services with just a tap of the screen.

By comparing the features of this machine with the price, i must say it is not at all expensive. It is worth paying this amount for this cool gadget.
The tom tom is a good unit. I agree with Charger, it isn’t all that expensive. People forget that ‘you get what you pay for.’ The cheaper units can lack a lot of features.
