Yummy: The best part is that it’s having the branding of the most qualitative class of Sony!! Also the salient features are the high quality 8.1 megapixel cameras, 3G/HSDPA speeds, quad-band support, a music player and also the sound and splendid call quality.

Oops: Such a nice music system, but without a 3.5-millimeter headset jack, which can be a depressing stuff.

We are just waiting for the announcements of Sony and any of the products of them as they belong to the places where quality is in the air and quality is the life blood. The first reaction was that is it a phone or camera? Whatever it is, it’s amazing!!

US are quite hungry of receiving instruments of Sony. It’s difficult to find any of the Sony cell phones here as they are highly expensive. Even higher than their high-end mega pixels!! It’s a great dawn when they at least found a superb middle way by introducing Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot C905 in US with one of the best carriers, AT&T.? So, it’s a shocking surprise we were waiting for, Great news, hmm?

The Cyber-shot is nowhere short in any feature and also has got some splendid stuff ad potential to convert a Cell phone to a high quality Camera. Who would have ever thought to have an extensive 8.1 megapixel camera in a cell phone? But, Sony is known for making all the impossible quite possible and that also in a stylish manner. Design of the phone is also created seeing the preferences of people and current trend. There is a list of all the fascinating features in the cell phone like stereo Bluetooth, GPS, a music player Together and many more. The cell is attached with a quad-band support and 3G. Above all there is a special feature of having this beauty in just $179.99 with an extensive two-year service agreement. Amazing!!

Distinct Design

Cyber-shot C905 is a deadly darling phone. Even a single glimpse is enough to seduce you to have the phone near you, in your pocket!! It’s quite sleek and also deliberate phone with a sharp design. While seeing the back, I never felt that this is a cell phone, it just reflects like a high quality camera. The sliding window of camera is covering the lens rightly. Weight wise it may be considered as somewhat heavier device as it is 4.1 inches long by 1.9 inches wide by 0.7 inch thicker. But, it’s a fact that it is much heavier in quality also!!

Seeing the design, we find that there are some romantic curves and cuts at the top and the bottom, also there are classy corners, and is covered with matte silver chassis with shades of dark gray. Total weight of the phone is 4.8 ounces, but it never seems like heavier, it as a perfect grip while holding. If you have any doubts of the sliding mechanism, don’t worry, it’s all worth.

The most flying feature which can mesmerises anyone is the 2.4-inch scratch-resistant display. Awesome!! The display is quite rich and has around 262,000 colours, which makes the image-looking quite fantastic. If you are afraid to handle the Menu, rest assure!! The simplest menu is featuring on the front of AT&T like all the other device of the Company. All the regular options of grid, rotating, or single icon view are available on the screen. Everything in the display is adjustable except the backlights, but that’s fine, right?

Just below the display, there is a secured place of navigation keys, which are filled by two buttons of Send and End/Power key. Also there are the functional keys namely Activity menu key, the Clear key, and a square navigation toggle. There are also the facilities of displaying list of all the new events, currently running apps, application shortcuts, and Internet shortcuts. There are some other keys in the bracket including the middle key which will guide you to AT&T’s Media Net browser in standby mode. If your cell is in camera mode, the toggle will show the Blue colour. There are also some camera settings like the exposure setting, the flash setting, the self-timer, and the focus mode.

If you are searching for the number keypads, they are just hided by the slide. There is absolutely no problem in writing the message or even while calling to any of the contacts. It’s quite spacious and roomy. A good keypad device and a satisfactory numbering space, good job, Sony!!

The left side of the phone is covered by the charger jack and the memory card slot. They could have definitely provided the headphones to make the sound system used. They have provided this facility with the new W995, but not with this, very bad, Sony!!

Also they have offered an option of creating the caller tunes from your own music diary and video files.

All the regular services of text and multimedia messaging, a speakerphone, a vibrate mode, a calculator, a timer, a password saver, five different alarm clocks, and a voice recorder are the definite part of the phone. . Also some of the multimedia options like PhotoDJ, VideoDJ, and MusicDJ are available in the phone.
Some latest features are also offered in the cell like mass USB storage, PC syncing, instant messenger, the Media Net mobile Web browser, and mobile e-mail. Also the services of GPS are available in the cell.
