Asus UL50AG-RBBBK05 Review
Laptops — November 19, 2009 at 1:10 am | Comment NowThe screen of the Asus UL50AG-RBBBK05 is 15.6 inch screen which gives you a 1,366X768 resolution, now we have seen 15.6 inch screens have a better screen resolution than this. A bigger resolution will give you a bigger place to work and a big lcd is of no use if it doesn’t have a large resolution.
There is a webcam at the top of the screen and the less said about it, the better, the quality is awful.
Below the display is the keyboard which is quite comfortable to type on. The keyboard is glossy which mean cleanliness freaks will sit with a cleaning cloth while using it because it gathers a lot of finger prints. The all black color of the keyboard goes great with the tone of the rest of the laptop.
Above the keyboard there are two power buttons which might confuse a newbie. The first power button is for booting up the computer and the second one is for quick booting [...]
Review Of The Asus Eee PC 1101HA Seashell
Laptops — August 31, 2009 at 11:30 pm | 2 CommentsTalking about the main juice box now, like I said its ‘fab’ in the looks department, the same holds almost true for the performance part too (yeah, it does lack in a few places). Putting it through various tests like Multimedia multitasking test, Jalbum photo conversion test, Apple iTunes encoding test, Video playback battery drain test the Asus came out with awesome results when the overclocking was switched on. Normally it is noticed that when overclocking is switched on it does have an impact on the battery life and also more heat is generated which [...]
Review of ASUS F50Sv A2 16-inch Laptop
Laptops — June 3, 2009 at 10:56 am | 2 CommentsThe ASUS F50Sv A2 is definitely a pretty good laptop to use for gaming excitement and fun, and the 16-inch screen size is definitely a big plus while doing so, but the overall style is certainly not one that stands out in the crowd as being one to have a large amount of appeal, and the battery life isn’t all that great either. About the only good thing there is to say about the appearance of this laptop is the fact that it does not collect fingerprints nearly as easily as some of the other laptops do.
If you are hoping for fantastic sound quality, you will want to look elsewhere. This laptop is, however, built of a high quality construction, includes the popular Blu-ray drive, and the Nvidia graphics processor.
Many of the 16-inch laptops are growing in popularity because [...]
